Can that block really be fixed?

with enough time and money any block can be "fixed" but it isn't worth it.
Isn't there a company that sells new blocks now? I thought I read something about a block that can be used as either a wedge or a hemi that someone is casting now for around that price.

Looks really nice in the first picture  :dunno:

Not so good in the other pictures

Umm that hole in the side of the block might prevent you from selling it.

Actually I do know the seller. I didn't know he had that block. What does something like that usually go for?

there was one on eBay not too long ago in a little better shape IMO that he had on there for quite some time at 1500, it came with a crank and 6 rods/pistons too. block was cracked, and broken in the lifter valley (one lifter hole) but no big windows.
I would say that block can be saved but will cost a lot to do so. unless a person wants that date code, or really really wants an original block for his Hemi build then it isn't worth a ton but I could be wrong.
