I've never seen that one, but its RIGHT in my old neighborhood! Looks like a nice car but restoring a 67 can be extremely expensive if it needs it (likely), it's probably close to rust free if not completely, common in that part of the state, but watch out! The trim alone can be a nightmare to find and big bucks to restore. I'd definitely see it in person before buying it, especially at his asking price. .02

That could be a very cool car. The only way to own a 66-67 is to be happy with it in the condition you buy it.

I lived a couple blocks from where the map was pointing to, through most of the 1990's.  I don't remember ever seeing that car.  Nice that it didn't get caught in the big fire.
