Working on 70 cuda a/c. The diaphragms all function but they seem to be slow and stiff. Anything out there that can soften them up.

The vacuum pods on the heater box?
Have you tried to actuate with a hand vacuum pump?

I tested mine when I was rebuilding it last year with the hand pump. Didn't take much to move them.

Ya the all work but it takes some time for them to move and a lot of vacuum
