blinker issues

 70 challenger
all running and side marker lights work
left blinkers blink very very slow  but not at all when headlights are on indicator light in dash does work
right blinkers don't blink at all , dash indicator light goes to solid lit when lever is shifted to right turn
all bulbs are new
any feed back?

 just tried one out of an old harness left blinked alittle quicker still no right
parts store in morning

There 2 flashers, what one did you check?

1 is on the steering column , the other is on the side of the ashtray

I had a similar issue.  The signals flashed very slowly and sometimes not at all.  All wiring was new.  I replaced the original flasher with a new one of the same style.  Same issue.  Once I switched to an electronic flasher, the issue was solved.  The only down side to the electronic flashers is that the signals will still flash at the same rate even with a burned out bulb.  You really need to check your lights often to make sure all the bulbs are still working.
