Can I bench test my dash?

I just installed a new ralleye dash harness in my 70 Challenger from M&H. I tested the fuel gauge with the fuel sending unit after watching Cuda Cody's video (which is awesome I might add). I made a frame and have the dash fully assembled on a bench.

My question is; is there any way to bench test the dash while it's on the stand before I attempt to install it in the car? I have added LED lights to the ralleye light bar and an antique radio from Classic Car Stereo. I also have a refurbished 8-track that I'm going to add.

I would like to be able to check the dash lights and the radio before I install the dash if at all possible. I'm not the brightest light bulb in the box when it comes to electrical, but I get by. My concern is I don't want to damage anything, especially the radio. My hope is to identify any issues before I install the dash and hopefully avoid some headaches along the way.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sure, it's easy.
Just connect a 12V source to the circuits you want to test.
Check the wiring diagram and go to fuse box.

Yes you can, 12v power source and I like to use a power probe to send power to whatever circuit you like at the fuse box. Might have to run a few good grounds but it should all do what you want.

:tool: Lucky for you, Cody put out a video years ago about how to test your gauges on the bench.
Click the Home tab and then click the video tab. That will take you to all the how to videos that Cody has very nicely posted for us to learn how to service many areas of our beloved E-body cars.
Give Cody a thumbs up for the hard word that he does supporting this site.

Yes, I have used several of Cody's videos to complete different projects. They are a great resource. I am always amazed by the scope of knowledge on this site.

Everyone here is so helpful. I can't thank you all enough..
