How do you test a 3 speed wiper switch (Outside of the car)

Is there a way to verify a wiper switch that it's fully operational while it's outside the guage cluster?

Get a copy of the factory service manual, mymopar.com in the resource section. The test in section 8 there is a procedure for checking the motor either in car or out of the car. Grounds are really important be sure to check all of them even the switch to ground.
