I am in the process of wiring in Dakota Digital and in need of constant power, and keyed power. If i remember correctly, the red accessory plug is hot all the time, and the orange is only with key on. Is that correct? I cant test these until i finish getting the wiring completed.

Orange is your dash bar lights, so I believe it's headlight triggered

I believe you're right, schematic is from a 1972 Barracuda.

Looking at Jay Bee's diagram I believe confirms what I was thinking
Yellow labeled Accessory feed should be Keyed power
Red labeled Battery feed should be constant power
Orange labeled Lamp feed would come from the headlamp switch through the dimmer

If you plug into one of those connectors, today's "bullet" connectors are different diameters than what Chrysler used. You can use a bullet that is oversized and crimp the shell down at the seam.

Otherwise, Tommy at Parts Hound has a company that makes correct bullet connectors for him with a wire lead attached. I picked up a couple awhile back when I was wiring in my Sniper EFI into my factory harness

Will your "keyed" power also need to be during crank?
I tapped into my column harness for that to keep it discrete.
