Tachometer out of Calibration

Stock Rallye Gauge tach is displaying around double the actual RPM.

Any way to adjust in-car? adjust or repair on bench?

You need to convert the tach to modern electronics with an RTE kit & then it can be calibrated using their calibration tool .

Joke apart, same as chryco change the electronics. I have the same problem as yours!

Yes once you convert over from points to electronic ignition, nothing's accurate on the tachometer, and I'm pretty sure everybody has moved away from points LOL
