Underside harness clip

Reinstalled the A833 in my 73 and I noticed on the underside front of the drivers side floor pan there is a factory fold over hold down clip.
Nothing was routed through it when I dropped my tranny; is this clip for the reverse light wiring harness, the speedo cable, or both?
