I found this relay behind the Rallye instrument clock.
Can anyone tell me about the relay in the yellow box? Is it the Key-In Buzzer? UPDATE: Answered by @anlauto as Road Lamp Relay and confirmed with pictures by @Jay Bee.

Road Lamp

I cannot seem to find the road lamp relay on any of the wiring diagrams. I see the switch, switch connectors, etc. but no relay even on the rallye instrument cluster diagrams.
Is it not shown?

Second vote for road lamp relay. Those look like the correct coloured wires for it.
Yes, that particular wiring diagram seemed to omit the relay. When I'm on my desktop tomorrow I'll post up some added info.

Key in buzzer is by the right kick panel.

Here's more info on the 1970 road lamp relay/wiring.

Looks like your plug has 2 green wires, that's throwing me off.

@Jay Bee   Thank you for that link with your pictures of the road lamp relay harness info. I know @anlauto has extensive experience with the wiring during his company's restorations and your harness pictures confirmed his ID of the relay. Below composite picture may help others.

I am attempting to identify everything under may dash that is connected and not connected. During my 1999-2000 restoration I disconnected several A/C-Heater connectors when I installed a Classic Auto Air A/C kit. My Cuda also came with the R35- AM/FM Stereo Radio with fader to the rear speakers. Most of those connectors are also disconnected. This leaves a lot of connectors under the dash that are just hanging. The 3-Speaker dash connectors are pretty easy to identify so far. I may start a future thread about how to install a radio without using the factory crossover but that is a project I will not be starting anytime soon.

Were you able to find the plug for the emergency flasher (brake pedal support).

Not absolutely sure which one I found and installed an electronic LED flasher on, I need to get back under there and follow the wires but I think it is the emergency flasher. It is near the road lamp relay and hanging down. This all started when I was switching out the parking lamps, side markers, and brake lights to LEDs. I bought two LED electronic flashers but only found one 552 flasher. Still need to find the other one. The turn signal flasher is not on the ashtray clip so that is the one I have to follow the wiring and find.
