Used 6.4 hemi (17,000 miles) on ebay was $5,000.  A-833 4-speed bolts right up, so another $800. Accessory drives, mounts, headers, ECM / wire harness from mopar performance, add up another $5-6k.  Fuel system, is about another $1,000.  I'm guessing if you do it yourself, you can come in under $15,000.

If I recall correct, the gen 3 HEMIs are build in Mexico. So might need to pay tariff on Mexico import now.

This really has me thinking!   It will not be this year thing, but!  I did check out 5.7 hemis for sale here is Candan and They are listed for 2 - 5K, supposedly running, so maybe I could do this for a reasonable price.

hmmm

You won't regret it, the 518 is the best upgrade I've done.
But the Gen 3 is a close 2nd, but the 2 together is amazing.
Car is so much more enjoyable to drive!
