73 challenger tti headers

I just got my headers installed. Engine is 408 with 1 7/8 primaries and 3.5 inch collectors. Headers went in somewhat smooth but now I'm running into an issue of the collector sitting directly on the trans linkage causing the header flange not sit properly on the head. Has anyone had this issue before and how was it remedied?

For the price they charge for their headers, they should answer all your fitment issues, if not send a man to resolve them.    Call them and describe your problem.

Ran into the same problem.
