The Right Oil Pressure on a Big Block Stroker?

Curious what you guy think is the right oil pressure on a big block stroker? I'm at 60 psi at idle and when I get on it up to maybe 5000 rpm oil is being pushed out of the seals for the breathers of both valve covers.

seems right , Mopars make a lot of pressure but the oil pressure vs crank pressure is totally different

Up to around 80 psi when cold is normal and around 60 when warmed up seems to be about where a BB stroker wants to be.
