Hmm: I had good luck with a TCS convertor and a 2800RPM stall should lock up pretty quick. Tires not spinning?

No man, was watching them pretty closely. Yes that's who i called they will be building me one - Hoping its just the TC.
What size motor/tq are you running for your 2800 and which model do you have?

 It definitely sounds strong. 👍
Hard to tell (for me) whether trans or converter from the sound. But if the fluid temp didn't go up, I would tend to think converter.
Again, back to driving it for a moment, how does it run?
Does it have "snap" in the lower gears? Or is the car's response lazy in all gears. Not the engine's response (that sounds great). Didn't seem like the chassis reacted much, just not seeming to transfer much force.
From the shine on the tire's center strip, it looks like they're aired  up a bit?
Also, you did discuss the symptoms with TCS, yes?

Question on wheel dyno:  Should the car be run through the gears... or just held in first gear and run up to pre-decided RPM maximum limit?
