Looking at some of my records I would guess it to be a B-body.  But really not sure.  Just a guess.   :dunno:

6bblgt

it's a 'cuda   :rubeyes:  new number to me .....

0E128561 & 0E128565 are both  440 6bbl 4-speed 'cudas

@cudajunction  My buddy owns this cuda BS23V0E128567.  It's looks to be one digit off from your 18 spline BS23V0E128566.... and he's missing his 4 speed trans!  Would you be open to selling that trans to him?  I can put you guys in touch and I do not need anything.  Just trying to help out.   :drinkingbud:

I sent you a PM.

@6bblgt  Dan...Do you say "it's a Cuda" because 565 & 567 are Cudas ? So it a safe assumption ?

No photos of the outside of car.  I do have a cool photo of its dip lines.  Not many are this clean that you can see all the dip lines.   It's being restored right now.  It is completely rust free!!!

@6bblgt  Dan...Do you say "it's a Cuda" because 565 & 567 are Cudas ? So it a safe assumption ?

VINs were assigned in batches, roughly  0E128551 to 0E128600 were Plymouth E-bodies

anlauto

So you would have to have a few examples close together to make this assumption correct.

Using your example... Let's say I had info on a Cuda 0E128551 but I found the engine block 0E128550......

Without knowing what 0E128549 or earlier are,  the engine block could be a Cuda or could be a Challenger or whatever  ....who knows ?
Is that a safe assumption ?

The whole "size" of the block is unknown and can only be determined by documented known examples correct ?

YES,
it's not an ASSumption it's employing deductive reasoning
