Help with ID this air clear and WIW?

I could use some help on deciding on the air cleaner that popped up on Kijiji.  I'm wanting the chrome lid and wondered about the originality of the base and what it might be worth on it's own?
The seller sent me these pictures. The " Made in Canada" stamp, does that mean it's an original part or was that added later at some point? I have bought air cleaners from PG classics and they don't have that stamp?  What would the base be worth on it's own?

I bought a few through the local dealership back in the 70's the "Made in Canada" was on them... The chrome lid was a D/C & M/P offering

there was a Chrysler piece '90s-'00s version with a "notch" in the driver's front corner that wouldn't help the parts desirability, wonder if the picture angle was deliberate to hid it?

looks like a complete NOS "over-the-counter" 6bbl air cleaner set-up
