Industrial 440 Information Please

  I'm not familiar with the industrial motors.  I have a friend who has rebuilt hundreds of 440's and 413's all industrial irrigation motors.
  I find that some of the 440's and 413's have  6 bolt and 8 bolt cranks. 

As @YYZ pointed out, @cuda hunter - you are right, the blocks can certainly be used without issue

Some cranks can be used in car applications, others not.

The 2 things to watch out for are:

1.  No centering ring on the crank snout for the flywheel or flexplate

2.  The crank itself may be longer than a passenger car crank and if so, it won't be possible to use the normal clutches or torque converters.

Some of the heads are a bit wacky as well, but I don't know the finer points as to why they can't or shouldn't be used.

I'm hoping to get as much information about the industrial motors as possible. 
I have many of these available to me.  Not that I need them or anything, but I see them quite often in farm country.
Actually I have a rebuilt 413 sitting in a shed that my buddy keeps trying to get me to put into a car.

Most vin pads are blank.  One industrial motor has a stamp on the vin pad.  Non of the others I have found do.
