Stalling issue on right-hand turn

It does seem fuel-related to me.  I forgot to mention that when the car starts to hesitate and sputter, if I slap it into neutral to get through the curve then switch to drive, it doesn't stall.

I do agree it is definitely fuel related. Have you try cleaning the mixture passage? Make any difference? May be after cleaning, try closing 1/8 turn on the mixture screw from where we set at.  After that may need do a carburetor rebuild.

If you change to a four barrael manifold, I have a Eldobrock 650 AVS you can use, less than 200 miles run time. Or just go Fitech EFI? It can control timing as well but you will need to upgrade your distributor. I am looking into doing that on mine.
