Last step to "stockify" my engine bay....what is this?

My positive battery cable I am confused about. I am also confused about what exactly I need to order that is "correct" for this 340.

Notice nice stock engine (alternator and PS pump is currently being restored to perfection). But what is going on with positive battery cable? Is it missing some cable ties? Why the duct-tape?

the factory battery cable assembly was originally taped together

it should read: "for small block: 318, 340 (including 340+6)"
