To pound this into the ground:  All 1970 383 engines with a manual trans came with a Holley; never a Carter.
For your application, if your car was originally a 4 barrel, and no ECS, the correct carburetor is a R4367A, Chrysler p/n 3418536.
Any manual transmission car had the same carb whether AC or non-AC for reasons posted above.
