Oil pump broken , so what ?

Bullitt-

Wouldn't priming the pump/engine using a priming shaft not be the better approach?
Could make sure there's no loss of suction to the pickup & get oil to the bearings beforehand..   :alan2cents:

Sometimes the pump won't pull oil up like that because the rotor isn't sealed to the pump. Even Chrysler recommeded priming the pump itself before installation in the engine.

Ok guys, i agree. Unfortunately, im not equipped to do it by myself, i told to my mechanic the step by step process but this **** Guy dont want to listen ! Thank you for your previous advices
