Hi guys  ;)

I'm looking for the good color for the mopar engine orange, I found this link : http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/paintdetail.cgi?ppg=2186

I would like to paint my new oil pan with powder epoxy, orange powder epoxy but I don't find the RAL or color code for my painter.

Does anyone know this RAL or reference? I don't want spray paint.

Thanks for the answers.

Picture (my actual cuda oil pan).

RAL 2002 is a good match to Tor Red V2.

In case you have any other European Mopar friends, here's a few more while I was at it:

RAL 2010 is close to K2 Vitamin C
RAL 3002 is close to E5 Rally Red
RAL 3003 is close to R6 Scorch Red (RAL is a little lighter)
RAL 1000 is close to Y3 Yellow Gold
RAL 1021 is close to Y1 Lemon Twist (RAL is a little too chromatic)
RAL 9001 is close to W1 Alpine White (RAL is a little too clean)
RAL 7032 is close to L1 Sand Pebble Beige

Didn't find anything for Y2 Sunfire Yellow, J5 Limelight or C7 In-Violet.

Hope this helps.  Bruce

Thanks so much Bruce  :worship:, I kept looking and I thought it was 2003 or 2008. :notsure:
Even in France few professionals still have color charts on paper. :verymad:
Thanks to you I will be able to paint my engine oil pan. :perfect10:

THE ZUKE

I saw paper charts and nothing matches the color of my engine.

Probably the color is a custom color.

I'll have to go to the spectrometer to try to find the right shade.

Crankcase orange paint (with a spectro).  :bigthumb:

For 100 grams of paint: 90 grams of orange and 10 grams of black that's all.
