Help identifying starter shield

Can anyone identify this part for me? It's a starter shield that was attached to the starter that came with a 70 challenger. Is it factory? Or an aftermarket part?

Not original.

In 1970 the auto T/A's had a special shield, but it looks a lot different than that one.
