Hi Everyone,

Does the 1/4 " Return line follow (piggy back)  the 3/8 " line from the sender unit to the fuel pump? and if so is the return line on the bottom of the S clip?

Your kind knowledge is always appreciated....

1/4 inch line is only the vent line for tank. It does follow the fuel line part of the way. But not fully.
Life is to be viewed thru the windshield. Not rear view mirror.

The 1/4 return and the 3/8 main run side by side the whole length of the car, their position will tend to change throughout the route...won't really matter which one is "on top"  :alan2cents:

I went 3/8 both ways .later added an Areomotive tank set-up  no more fuel problems.

Like Alan said, on my '70 'Cuda both lines run side by side from the tank to the engine bay
