Shaker Adapter and Base Plate Identification

I have a three piece shaker hood assembly in a hemi cuda with two four barrel Carter carbs.  Carbs are not original to the car.  I took the assembly apart  for some maintenance and noticed that the adapter plate has a 3/4" piece of plywood attached to it.  It is probably acting as a spacer to achieve the correct shaker assembly height.   I doubt that Chrysler was still building cars with wood... even in the 70's so I'm thinking that this is not the factory correct shaker adapter and baseplate assembly.  I cannot find pictures of what the correct baseplate should be given the current carb configuration. 

Can someone confirm that this is/is not a factory set up?  If not, which car was this baseplate intended for?  Does anyone have a factory correct assembly that I can see some pictures of?

My goal with this car is to bring it back to factory if at all feasible.   Thanks for your help!

Also I have seen some pictures of the baseplate having "feet".  These are not present either.

It's factory or repro. Sometimes the bubbles sit lower than you would think. Do you have the Schumacher hemi swap mounts perhaps? They can sit the engine too low.
Other thing is maybe your car had a taller than stock air filter element which would require spacing the bubble up to clear the air cleaner housing.
Anyway that setup minus the wood is factory or correct repro.

I believe that the hemi was installed on a K member that was set up for a 318.   Here is a picture of the engine mount.  I assume that this must be an adapter.  Maybe it is a Schumacher although they say they restore the engine to the proper height.

I know it's hard to tell but this was my stock Hemi Cuda with an NOS factory K-member in it, new Mopar mounts, NOS baseplate, factory carbs and factory adapter ring. Hopefully you can get a sense of how high the bubble sat. I can't remember now but it seems to me if you bent down and looked at the bubble and gills straight on, that only half of the gills stuck above the hood molding. With the hood down you could look over the bubble from the front and see the "Shaker" decal on the inside of the hood.

Nice car(s)!   I don't think I can see the shaker decal with the hood closed.   The shaker is almost touching the hood,  so I don't think it could go any higher.
