Clutch pedal bumper?

When I release the clutch pedal, it makes a clunk noise when the pedal arm hits what I guess is the dash frame? Looks like there is a very thin piece of rubber that is all worn out. What is this called so I can get a new one? Guessing if I get a thicker piece of rubber the metal on metal clunk sound will lessen.

It is part of th ebody bumper kit but anyone with a auto trans will not use it so there should be some separate ones around
