i have a 1970 barracuda 383 4 speed. i also have a 67 cornet rear diff. both 8 3/4. i have the offset hangers. anything else i need? thanks.

I had to trim the rear valance brackets on my wife's 71 R/T Challenger when installing a 1967 B body 8 3/4.
I removed the valance for the install of the rear end then did some test fitting of the valance to determine where how much to trim.

I also purchased a B body rear axle brake line but you could probably re-bend your E body line.

If you have a sway bar you will need to bend the ends in to fit the end links.

All in all a pretty easy install and I was able to install 15x10 rear wheels with 325/50-15 tires completely under the car.

I did this on my Cuda a few months ago. 65-67 B-body rear end with dr diff spring relocation kit. Very easy to do and no problem with clearance to the rear valance.
I use "10 rims with "5 backspacing but with MT 28-12/15 tires and that is the largest I can fit as I want the wheels to stay inside the wheel housings, (No problem on the driver side but close on the passenger side on this car), I think there is some more space on Challengers.

Beautiful 'Cuda

I'm not sure if there is any more tire clearance in a Challenger but I used 15x10 rear wheels with  5 3/4" back spacing which will not clear the leaf springs.

I used Moser axles with longer wheel studs and did some test fitting and found a 1/2" wheel spacer put the 325 tires in the perfect spot for my Challenger in keeping the rear tires completely under the car with no rubbing.

Looks great- would love to see a shot from the side to get a look at the stance - love the wide tires
You can't buy happiness, but you can buy horsepower and that's kind of the same thing.....
