That looks totally factory to me.  The guy that I think has the best chance to have seen something like that would be @ScottSmith_Harms

That looks like it's in great shape!  But @ScottSmith_Harms  will be able to tell you for sure.  My money is on it's a good core that will make a nice finished piece when Scott gets done working his magic on it.
