Trans flushing? Who's a fan?

With 376,000 miles , owned since about 83,000 on my daily driver van, no flushes done, only one filter change , top up with Lucas fluid. Excellent shifting, knock on wood!
I could see maybe flushing after dropping the pan and removing all sediments , replace the filter then flush with trans pump.
