Transmission experts

Does anyone see any issues with these gears?
Also the transmission has a bit of play (up/down) on the input shaft....is that a problem or somewhat normal?

The pilot bearing in the crank holds the input shaft in place. Moving it up and down out of the car doesn't mean much. Just make sure the bearing is good.

in & out movement is not good tho , the gear teeth look great
