Transmission parts replacement?

Well I went to start reassembly today and when cleaning parts I noticed some wear on the OD sun gear to planet gear bearing race. The bearing seems fine but the race bothers me. There is wear on the bearing side and some small gouges on the spring side.

Looks like I can get the race and bearing locally, so I think I will replace it for piece of mind, or am I overreacting to this?

I agree , I would change anything that is worn assuming it is not just discoloration , if you can feel it change it

Yeah you can catch a fingernail on the bearing side, it is not just discolored.

I have replacements on order...$50 locally!
