We are about to get back on to building our engine.  I am not sure we will get this far this weekend but do you guys usually use these?

Those were OEM parts on my '70 Cuda's 440.  However, mine are now billet aluminum from 440 source. https://store.440source.com/Billet-Aluminum-Valley-Pan-Holddown-Bars-RB-engine-New/productinfo/200-1041/ I bought them to replaced the OEM metal ones for a little more bling to the engine since I also have an aluminum intake and water pump housing, etc.  This was the only pic I could find of them partially installed. Sorry about the rag but you get the idea.  Since my current engine is a built 440,  I will use the original OEM ones one the numbers matching engine when I get around to putting it back together.  No rush as it will just sit on a engine stand in the shop.
