What Are These Bolts?

A friend of mine gave me these bolts, thinking they were the inner valley studs, for a 426 hemi. They do not appear to be. Does anyone know what they are for? There are ten, of them.

Are they rod studs ? What size thread ?

It looks like a rod bolt. But, I have no clue what an inner valley stud is supposed to look like.

i'll bet bolt has a valley cover actual head on it and is less than 5/16th's though.

They are 3/8". I figured they might be rod bolts, but the amount of ten, threw me off. Pretty cool bag they came in, but it is unlabeled.
