Can somebody tell me what these 2 bolts should be holding? 1970 BS23. Thank you, Joe

Your signature states the Cuda is a 4-speed.
That rear plastic drivers side shield was only on Automatics.

Since my car was automatic, now 4 speed, I guess I won't worry about it. Thanks for the input. I did some research now that I know what it was. Thanks again, Joe

I saw the bell crank in your picture and remembered that it was now 4spd.
But other people have wanted the fasteners
