Remove heat riser stop pin and anti rattle clip.

On a original passenger side exhaust manifold what's the best way to change out the pins in the manifold without damaging it. The manifold is in good condition and no cracks wondering if I can change out the pins if so any tips on how to do it the heat riser stop pin looks like I have access on the inside of manifold to tap it out. I don't see that available on the inside to tap out the anti rattle spring pin. I'm sure after this many years and heat cycles they are extremely hard to remove any advice is helpful.

I took mine to my machine shop.  They drilled it out and pressed in the new one.  I'm lucky to have found someone with great attention to detail and who are willing to mess with small jobs like this one.

Ok I was thinking about a machine shop just thought it might be something I could tackle my self. I have one local that has done small jobs before.
