1971 DEMON - The true devil car

I know this is an E-body site but I thought this was cool enough to post here. The owner gave his permission. In the last picture the devil horns are just temporary. What are the odds of that VIN. Also, his blue YOM license plate has 3 "6's" in it but those aren't sequential - still though 3 "6's" there too.
