Anyone know internet speeds & why some downloads are super slow?

Looks like your provider has some issues, you can check it on the internet, just do  a quick speed test and you will see, if there is a slow speed and a high ping well then I would say that you need to change your Internet provider. It is a common issue and a lot of people has a slow internet speed for a high price as most of people does not know how this thing works. I have spectrum cable internet for internet and phone...i tested out at 53.4 on spectrum and 50.5 on speedtest

with those speeds, slow downloads are the SENDERS speed...
