I too agree, first because I've worked on enough E bodies to know most of the parts..  Second cause I agree with jimmynick & I think it was a foot for a little jewelry box/music box or something similar...

Thanks guys.  I guess over the course of time and things getting shuffled around, a few things have found their way into the car parts looking for a home.
