Anyone near Burlington Ontario who could do an inspection on a resto-mod?

I have beeen doing old car appraisals for a little while, from time to time I also do pre-purchase inspections...
A US dealer I've worked for in the past is looking for someone with a little bit of knowledge of old or modified cars to have a look at a resto-modded 57 Chevy near Burlington, Ontario, a little too far for me...
Basically a simple third-party opinion on fit and finish, body gaps, paint quality, etc...
