LOL ya real funny Mike. Rain? We had 12" of snow a few times in the pst couple weeks. I need it to stop for a week so I can get caught up work wise.  ;)

The last time it snowed in the bay area was 1976.

Old timers here still talk about it every once in a while.

That Fahrenheit not Celsius.   THAT'S cold! Burrrr! Usually when it gets that cold it doesn't snow around here.

Alaska and Canada take up 4 of the top coldest spots on Earth.

Russia is still the coldest place on Earth.

I read before they have recorded temperatures of -100F with windchill added in Lapland territory.

Weather people are calling it an "Atmospheric River" . Apparently this won't help our drought a whole lot we California don't have enough storage.

We had a real severe blizzard here that year also. Seems like a cycle.....

Doesn't make much sense that we don't try and recapture this excess rain for our almost fully depleted aquifers.

Thanks Gov Moonbeam!!!
