decoded my 70 r/t and its comes up as 14" colsteel wheel with wire wheel covers

I'm going to look at a car with these caps. Do they just pop off?  If they are the aftermarket style does that center cap spin off? If I purchase the car I have to put different tires and rims on it as they are all flat so the caps need to come off.

Also are they worth anything or do I leave the rims and caps there?

The wire wire caps the original poster was talking about just come off like regular hub caps....nothing fancy there

Are they worth anythingor just leave them there as they would need to be restored I imagine. I don't see these being something people are looking for
