Some good news . . Last time I went to the doctor .  .  I weighed 283.   This morning I am 242.  I am expecting more to come off before I am back to normal.   Called my insurance company and changed my vehicle to storage for I am not allowed to drive . . . Saved $300.   

I will be bored so going to go back through some car parts and see what I have that someone wants.  I had multiple new window felts and I will be reaching out to all that expressed interest in those.
