When I tell my kids that we used to ride in the back of pick-up trucks...they can't even imagine that...we were at a camp site last year, driving like 2 miles an hour and they wouldn't even consider it...

My nieces and nephews didn't want to ride in the back of the truck when we went camping.
I made them.  they enjoyed it. 
You can't let kids with no experience in something make the final decision.
If you let kids with no experience make the decisions they will pus out every time. 
It's the adults fault for all that bubble wrap. 

kids will continue to be wussies if we let them be wussies.   God help us in the next world war.

Three years ago I was in Oregon working at a plant, the second day it snowed about three inches.... They shut the plant down...... SHUT IT DOWN...... Are you kidding me???? WTF... The next day I went in again figuring I could finish my project.... Nope! Still only about half the staff showed up & the plant manager sent them all home....  I never finished my project, still haven't... They want a second visit for free & my managers want to be paid for it... I've been in plants while there's a blizzard outside.. Three inches of snow shouldn't stop the world...
