My neighbor just got arrested, booked, finger printed and spent 4 hours in jail just for letting his dog run loose. And he paid a $500.00 USD fine. Man cant get away with anything anymore. So with that being  said the guy going that fast came out half way descent.

All good guesses, I was driving a.....1991 Mazda Miata! Lol like driving a god cart lol I had just put on a FlyinMiata cold air intake, FlyinMiata long tube Header, and FlyinMiata Cat back exhaust, I thought I was some kind of cool!
