Probably been done before, but don't remember. 70 Cuda and Challenger are now 48 years old. I was 16 when they came out and I'm going to be 64 in April.  Just curious how close to the average I am.   :D

Ha, ha: I was 13 years old and remember reading Car and Driver, Hot Rod and all the rest of them in the fall of 69 when the E-bodies came out. Needless to say that left a lasting impression. I remember looking at them new on the lot and of course on the street. Great memories and dreams too I suppose.

The fall of 1969, hmmmmm..........let's see, I was 21 years old and preparing for an overseas vacation. Paid for by Uncle Sam. But, during the almost year I was away from the U.S. I heard all about Challengers and Cudas from shipmate BS sessions, magazine articles. When I was separated in 1972, I purchased my first '70 Challenger in 1973. Although I've had more than one since then, I still have that first one. I passed 70 years old last December.    Thanks,   Al

What do you so when: The mind says YES,
                                  but the body says NO
Keep working on those e-bodies, and buy plenty of IcyHot!

I was 27 when I bought my car, 32 now, and still working on it

72 Challenger

I feel like this was in another post not too long ago?

Either way, I am currently 31. My 1972 Challenger predates me by 15 years. My car has left for dead in 1979 when It was last taken off the road before undergoing restoration ~2010. It's entire lifespan was basically over 7 years before I was born.
Someday I will have a J0b.
