the interiors on the 2015 and up are a huge difference from previous years, more well refined and better fit and finish. the Pentastar v6 is no slouch and a great daily driver with enough 'go' to still be fun and great gas mileage (I was getting almost 30mpg in the 2015 I rented a couple years back). there is a company that also makes a pretty solid Pentastar supercharger setup that boosts the HP up to 450 on stock internals.
