That would be fun - wake up , have coffee and go do a few laps.  :burnout:

Anyone got a spare 6.7 million laying around?

That checks all of the boxes I'd want in a property, except for a couple of extra, pesky decimal points... 8)

400 acres. I think I wake up every morning with a headache thinking how am I going to upkeep this piece of land. May be I should slack off and take my fishing pole to the river to do some fishing first and then go hunt some jack rabbit for lunch.

This one is a lot smaller in size and therefore should be more manageable to upkeep. But no private race track, no river and no hunting.

Lots of mosquitoes in parts of Arkansas I was in a town called Holly Grove and you could wave your arm and see daylight through them .Every one has a can off Off insect repellent in the car .No thank you .Dont want to spray myself daily with insecticide.

There are now natural and electronic solutions to the outdoor mosquitos problem. I see a lot of people wear them outdoor, especially teenage girls.

If you want big, then this one has a nice little shop?   Even has a cool cherry picker for engine swaps that moves the length of the shop!  :Thud:

I think if you can afford to buy it you can probably afford to pay to have someone else do the upkeep for you.
