I left Monday moring and arrived Tuesday night. So right now its 1:07 Thursday morning and I am wide awake, it usually  takes me about 2 weeks to get back to normal  or as close as I can get lol. Will be in this region for a extended period of time so I will adjust.

:wrenching: Timbbuc2 I have been there; I always try to get some sleep on the way there it doesn't work all the time and then when you get in country you feel like crap and your falling asleep during the day. I feel your pain.

I'm good for about 5-6 hours on a plane then start feeling cagey.   :looney:

I'm in China close to once a month.

It's very important to manage you sleep on the plane and get on to the new time zone ASAP.

I returned from a 3 week trip in Europe and went to work the next day. It was a very poor decision.

I sympathize! The bride and I went to India last November and it was a 16 hr flight from Toronto- God help me! Numb bum doesn't really describe it, does it? I, also have a really hard time sleeping on planes, but I found on that Indian flight that Johnny Walker Black helps a lot! Good luck and be safe.  :bigthumb:

I went to Mumbai and it took me a week to get ovet it. This time I could not sleep. Then from Doah to Shrilanka was a 5 hour flight, the whole flight about 100 ft over clouds. Bumped the whole way. I did sneak some Vodka on the first flight, Thank you Duty Free.  Just cannot sleep. But the good thing is weds was a holiday , so I got some rest and feel pretty good, but it is the middle of the day here

I really hate the flying experience. I hate the airport experience and I hate being packed in with a bunch of other sheeple. Last year I had no problem adjusting when we went to Australia but it took about 3 days to straighten out when we came back.

Sure it would Brad. Did I tell you about that building full of 71 Javelins and AMXs' I saw in New Delhi?  :Stirring:  I think they were free, but not sure.  :))
