Court hearing this morning to terminate the father's parental rights.  There were two "father's" that had rights in this situation.  A legal father and a biological father.  Neither of them showed up to court so their rights have been terminated.  We were a little nervous.  We thought one of them might show up.  From what we have been told, he is not stable enough to raise a child but it would have been a court battle we didn't want to have to go through.

Glad that worked out for the best!  She is in good hands now.  I remember my son going through all the legal gymnastics for my grandson's adoption.  It is very nerve racking, but oh, so worth it!
