Prime windshield washer pump ?

It had been working. Had it out to do some work, then when I reinstalled it don't work. I can hear the pump running, but nothing comes out. It is full.  Do I need to somehow prime it ?

That's really odd, are you sure the hose is not pinched somewhere or block ? I've never heard of priming that type pump
